agentscope-java
Coding & DevelopmentExpert Java developer skill for AgentScope Java framework - a reactive, message-driven multi-agent system built on Project Reactor. Use when working with reactive programming, LLM integration, agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, or when the user mentions AgentScope, ReActAgent, Mono/Flux, Project Reactor, or Java agent development. Specializes in non-blocking code, tool integration, hooks, pipelines, and production-ready agent applications.

rdkit
Research & AnalysisCheminformatics toolkit for fine-grained molecular control. SMILES/SDF parsing, descriptors (MW, LogP, TPSA), fingerprints, substructure search, 2D/3D generation, similarity, reactions. For standard workflows with simpler interface, use datamol (wrapper around RDKit). Use rdkit for advanced control, custom sanitization, specialized algorithms.

cantera
Research & AnalysisRuns Cantera homogeneous chemical reactors and evaluates ignition delay with mechanism provenance, conservation checks, and numerical refinement. Use for combustion kinetics, closed adiabatic ideal-gas constant-volume or constant-pressure ignition, temperature histories, or mechanism-specific ignition-delay comparisons.

tellurium
Coding & DevelopmentSimulates biochemical kinetic models from SBML or Antimony with Tellurium and libRoadRunner, checks model units, compares deterministic parameter perturbations, and exports and replays SBML plus SED-ML COMBINE archives. Use for reaction-network time courses, kinetic parameters, concentration dynamics and reproducible simulation experiments; steady-state constraint-based metabolic flux analysis belongs to cobrapy.

partner-roster-audit
Creative & DesignUse this skill when an agency operator wants the partner roster for a brand split by relationship status, plus the active partners who have gone quiet so they can be chased or reactivated. The output is a read-only worklist; the outreach itself happens outside this skill. How a partner's relationship status is read depends on the network. Some advertiser networks report it through the API. Awin does not: its advertiser API returns only already-joined publishers with no relationship-status field, so every Awin row maps to unknown and neither the roster split nor the dormant worklist can be derived from the API. Awin's roster and per-partner relationship status are read from the operator's own authenticated Awin session (new UI, app.awin.com) through Claude-in-Chrome, read-only. Awin Classic (ui.awin.com) accounts have no equivalent and are detected and stopped. Trigger on: "Who's gone quiet on Acme?", "Acme's partner roster health", "Which partners have gone dormant on [brand]?", "Build a reactivation list for Acme", "Show me Acme's roster by status".
